How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to despatch all in-stock orders within two working days of receiving cleared payment, and pre-orders within 14 days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold the order until everything is available — helping us keep things as environmentally sustainable as possible. If you'd prefer separate shipments, just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you, though a small additional fee may apply.
Our post is collected Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. If you receive a shipping notification over a weekend or on a bank holiday, please note your order won't physically leave us until the next working day.
Standard UK shipping is free via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days (up to 10 working days maximum). Saturday counts as a working day on this service. You'll receive email updates from Royal Mail, including an estimated delivery window on the day — and SMS updates too if you provide a phone number at checkout.
Need it urgently? We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery (next day) upgrades at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only through our website. However, international customers can order through our eBay shop, which ships worldwide via the eBay Global Shipping Programme.
What sizes do you stock?
Most of our tops, hoodies, and jackets are available in sizes Small to XXL, with some styles going up to 5XL and the occasional item available in XS. Available sizes are always listed on each product page.
If you're looking for a size you don't see listed, please get in touch — if we can source it for you, we will!
Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer a generous 70-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at Hello@stuff2wear.co.uk.
For exchanges, the quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away at Hello@stuff2wear.co.uk if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Are your products official licensed merchandise?
Absolutely — we only source our licensed merchandise from official distributors, licensors, or the brands themselves. All of our merch suppliers are registered with TRAP (Trademarks Against Piracy), an organisation dedicated to protecting intellectual property in the music and entertainment industry.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail Track Your Item page. If you provided a phone number at checkout, you'll also receive SMS updates.
Do you restock sold out items?
In most cases, yes! We regularly restock popular items. However, some sale or clearance lines may not be available again once they're gone.
